Quality control is paramount at Trachem, we guarantee that all our products will meet the specifications set by our customers by following rigorous quality management systems and committing to our “right first time” culture. The quality of each product and batch supplied is assessed by our QC department, who work closely with our customers to ensure the correct method of analyses is adopted and agreed in advance. Finally, a detailed Certificate of Analysis will be provided for each product including the spectral information.
We adopt a continuous improvement approach to our QC department through all stages of the quality process, and our quality system works as follows:
